Huntsville has been my home since 1978. After nearly 28 years serving Huntsville ISD— including 12 years supporting the Superintendent & Board of Trustees—I'm stepping forward to serve our community on the Board.

About Me

Steady, student-centered governance for Huntsville ISD

I’m a longtime Huntsville resident—this has been home since 1978. My husband, Doug, and I have been married 40 years; our family spans two generations of Hornets with our children and grandchildren. I began working for Huntsville ISD nearly 28 years ago and have served across campuses and central administration. Those years taught me how our district works day-to-day and how steady, transparent governance supports students, families, and staff.

My work has included supporting the Superintendent and Board of Trustees for 12 years, collaborating with departments, and helping families navigate processes. I care deeply about clear communication, responsible stewardship, and safe, meaningful learning for every student.
